Abstract

The review systematizes recent advances in spark plasma sintering of polymer composites (2020–2026) with classification based on the functional role of the polymer. Record-breaking performance is summarized, including tribological (friction coefficient 0,042), mechanical (compressive strength 182 MPa), electrical (conductivity 0,164 S/cm), and biological properties. Sintering mechanisms are discussed with emphasis on the dual role of pressure, crystallization kinetics, and adhesive interlayers. Prospects for applications in aerospace, medical, and construction industries are outlined.

Keywords
