The relationship between heat treatment, physical and mechanical properties, and corrosion resistance of high-strength corrosion-resistant martensitic steel with super-equilibrium nitrogen content
Abstract
The influence of various strengthening heat treatment modes on physical, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of high-strength corrosion-resistant martensitic steel of grade 30X15AMPF-SHPD (VNC78-SHPD) with super-equilibrium nitrogen content in tough test conditions is considered. The effect of different tempering temperatures on the microstructure, tensile strength, hardness, saturation magnetization and corrosion properties of the steel has been studied. Methods for increasing the corrosion resistance of the steel after aging are shown.
